Here at Pals we understand that everyone brews and drinks their coffee in different ways i.e..Espresso, pour over, French press and just a good old fashion drip coffee machine. We want to roast our coffee so you have the freshest possible platform to start your brew, no matter how you prefer to prepare it.   • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Currently we do not but we're looking to start offering it in the near future.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Most orders are shipped within one business day of receipt, via USPS and should arrive to you in 2-5 days, ready to enjoy.

  • I really liked the ________ coffee, can I order that again?

    Because coffee is harvested from around the world, at limited availabilities, we cannot guarantee that any given single origin bean will be available for an extended period of time. We apologize for this, but we believe sampling beans from different parts of the world, that are selected at their peak ripeness ensure an enjoyable cup of coffee, and we think you will too.

  • Do you grind coffee?

    Currently we only offer whole bean, to maintain the integrity and freshness. Also, with the various different methods of making coffee, it's nearly impossible to make one grind for all.

  • How should I enjoy this coffee?

    With a Pal, of course! Otherwise, it's up to you, drip, French press, pour over or espresso.
